Rocky Creek tumbles over reddish-brown rhyolite, volcanic rock about 1.5 billion years old, into a wide pool that’s a favorite swimming hole in spring and summer. It’s a shut-in, where the hard rock squeezes the stream. There are picnic tables, a grill, and a trailhead; the Ozark Trail connects it with Klepzig Mill.
